Thank you for shopping at Whole Melt Extracts. We are committed to providing only authentic, lab-tested Whole Melt products. Please review our Return and Refund Policy before making a purchase.


All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products (vape disposables, cartridges, wax, and cannabis extracts), all sales on https://wholemeltex.com are final once shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened, used, or tampered with for health and safety reasons.


Returns Are Accepted Only If:

  • You received the wrong item (wrong strain, flavor, or product type)

  • Your item was damaged or defective upon arrival

  • Your package was not delivered and is verified lost by the shipping carrier

To qualify for a return:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at đź“§ contact@wholemeltex.com

  2. Include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue


Refunds (If Approved)

Once your return is verified and approved, we will issue either:

  • A refund to your original payment method, or

  • A store credit for future use

Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect depending on your payment provider.


Non-Refundable Situations

  • Customer ordered the wrong item

  • Package marked “delivered” by the carrier

  • Claims made after 48 hours of delivery

  • Minor cosmetic issues or leakage that doesn’t affect functionality
